CONTEST DATES
The contest begins at 12:00:01 a.m. PT on July 29, 2008 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. PT on September 30, 2008. All entries must be submitted within this time period. Any entries not received within this time period will be disqualified.
HOW TO ENTER
Enter by completing and submitting a contest entry form as described below. All information requested on the entry form must be completed. Incomplete entries will be disqualified. Limit one entry per person regardless of method of entry. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified. Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are late, misaddressed or misdirected due to technical or computer failures, errors or data loss of any kind, lost or unavailable internet, or failed, incomplete, garbled or deleted computer network transmissions, inability to access the website or online service, or any other technical error or malfunction. By participating in the this contest, entrants agree to be bound by these rules and by decisions of the Sponsor, which are final in all matters related to this contest
In Person Entry: Enter by completing and submitting the
contest entry form available at Sponsor's place of business or other designated
sites.
Online entry: Access www.OremorAutomotive.com and complete
all required fields on the online contest entry form and submit as instructed
online. The online entry must be submitted and received by the Sponsor's server
by 11:59:59 p.m. PT on September 30, 2008. In the event of a dispute regarding
the identity of the entrant, the holder of the email account will be the person
who submitted the entry.
ELIGIBILITY
The contest is open to all legal residents of
PRIZE AND WINNER
SELECTION
One winner will be selected in a random drawing among all qualifying entries, conducted by Sponsor on or about September 30, 2008. The odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. If a selected winner is not eligible, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner selected by a random drawing from the remaining entries. One prize will be awarded to the winner consisting of a check from Sponsor in the amount of $2,112, representing the cost of gas for a year calculated based upon 12,000 miles driven per year, with an average of 25 miles per gallon, and with gas priced at $4.40 per gallon.
All taxes associated with the prize are the responsibility of
the winner. Winner will be required to provide Sponsor with all information
necessary to complete IRS Form 1099.
The winner will be notified that he or she has been selected
by telephone and/or e-mail. If Sponsor is unable to contact the winner to notify
him or her that he or she has won by October 15, 2008, or if any notification
is returned as undeliverable, for any reason beyond the Sponsor's control, the
winner's prize may be forfeited and a substitute winner may be selected by
random drawing.
The winner will be required to present valid identification
and to sign a Statement of Eligibility and Liability and Publicity Release by October 31, 2008 in order to receive the prize, which
must be picked up by the winner from Sponsor by October 15, 2008. If the winner
does not fulfill these requirements, the prize will be forfeited and a
substitute winner may be selected.
If for any reason, the Internet-related portion of this contest is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, tampering, fraud, technical failure, or any other cause which corrupts or threatens the administration, security or integrity of this contest, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate or suspend the contest or any portion of the contest. ANY ATTEMPT TO DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE FAIR AND LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS CONTEST WILL RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION FROM THE CONTEST. Information submitted in entries, including entrant's name, address, e-mail address, etc. may be used by Sponsor for marketing and promotional purposes.
By participating in this contest, you agree to have your
name, photograph, voice, biographical information, and likeness used in any and
all media for promotional purposes relating to this contest or future similar
contests without further compensation or notice, except as prohibited by law.
